Hi, I am Oscar, a passionate educator for the past 19+ years mainly working in elementary and middle school. I hold a Masters Degree in Education from Walden University. In 2013, I accepted the position as a principal of a medium-sized Christian private school, which I still hold.

There was a pivotal moment in my teaching career in 2009 when burnout and struggles to maintain a healthy classroom dynamic almost led me to abandon my teaching career.

In the midst of this challenging period, I uncovered a crucial insight – why did I choose to become a teacher? What motivated me to go into the teaching career, knowing that things wouldn't always be easy. In the years after this challenging period and while working with many teachers that had the same struggles that I used to have, I uncovered that one of the keys to success in teaching lies in mastering procedures and effective classroom management, aspects I felt were lacking in my college education. 

Today, having walked the challenging path of overcoming these hurdles, I am devoted to sharing my journey and knowledge with educators like you. Through my coaching, a community of like-minded teachers, and courses, I am here to empower you with the tools and insights you need to conquer classroom challenges, to rediscover the joy in teaching, and cultivate an environment where both you and your students flourish.
