Logging in

Troubleshooting - common issues

1. There may be duplicate emails for you in the system. Is it possible you are trying the wrong one? 

  • Try using a different email you may have used at the time of signup.
  • Try searching your email addresses for your welcome email- be sure to check your spam folder or search your inbox for the phrase.
  • Try the "forgot my password" option on the login page with each of your email addresses until you get the right one (Check spam folders if you don't see a reset password email!)

2. If none of your emails work and you have no confirmation emails in your email search (check SPAM folders), it's possible that a typo in your email address has caused the email to bounce.

If this is the case, no worries! We will reset your account for you and get you back on track.

Billing

I need to update my billing. How do I do that?

  1. Log in
  2. Click your profile picture at the top right (may be a default profile image)
  3. Click settings from the drop-down menu
  4. On the settings page, click "billing" at the top right
  5. Update information

When will you ship my items?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. However 99% of orders are shipped within 3-5 days of payment.


When will I receive my items?

Handmade items and print on demand items should arrive within 1-2 weeks of your order date. Products featured in our Global Partner Program may take 2-4 weeks as items are arriving from small businesses around the globe.


Where is my order shipping from?

In order to get the best prices possible, we work with small mom and pop businesses around the globe. This means shipping times can take a little longer, but by cutting out the middle man, you get the best deal possible, and you're helping support people that are just as passionate as you!


Where to your products come from?

Our products are ethically sourced from small businesses around the world. We partner up with other businesses and feature their products in our store. We then cut out the big-box-retailer "middle man" and our suppliers ship directly to you.


Where is my order?

If you didn't receive a tracking number, send us a message at the link above and we'll gladly help you hunt down your order. Please wait for the full delivery window before contacting support and make sure to check your mailbox! It may be there right now.


Will my items be sent in 1 package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.


What is your return policy?

Most items have a 45-day refund policy. We realize it takes some time to get your order delivered so we try to be as flexible as possible. If you need help please send us a support ticket. Our #1 goal is keeping our customers happy!
